Full Event or Wedding Planning and Coordination
We will create an individual proposal for you that will include a detailed timeline leading up to your function of what needs to be done and when. It will include information on supplier options, as well as budget management and an event day timeline created just for you so that you know what is happening at all times. We will be with you every step of the way including on the day so no need to worry about any details or last minute issues as we will be there to coordinate and control all the preparations and ensure the event is perfect.
Full Planning and Event Coordination includes: Sourcing suppliers and options for: locations, site plans, venue styling/themes, branding/marketing/PR, catering, staffing, photography, video recording, flowers/decorations, entertainers, music, transport, accommodation, stationary/printing, budget management and many other services as required.
‘Event Angel’ service
You have done the groundwork for your event but there are still a few areas outstanding and you could do with a hand to bring the whole thing together. We can help with ideas and contacts to ensure your hard work is maximized. You may be using family and friends or business colleagues for much of the planning but have found that it may be too much for them and they won’t be able to enjoy it or take part if they are tied up with chasing suppliers or making sure things are on time. If you find yourself in need of someone who you can trust to make your day run perfectly and keep calm under pressure let us come and help.
We will work with you to ensure your event stays on track which will include a timeline of what needs to be done and when. We will sort through and organise any outstanding tasks as well as sending regular reminders to make sure everything is on target. We can source additional suppliers if needed and secure best prices or discounts wherever possible to make using my service even better value for money.
This package includes our attendance during set up and on the day to ensure it all goes smoothly. We can deal with any last minute issues so that you can enjoy the day worry free.

Wedding Reception Marquee Venue
Our beautiful farm in Niton is available to hire for marquee wedding receptions. Gorgeous country location with fantastic views, we can offer packages with afternoon tea catering and wedding planning services. Large field for marquee overlooking pond and plenty of room for parking.
